The Quick Weight Loss program provides you with a comprehensive approach to weight management. with our one-on-one supervision, we offer the safest, fastest, most effective weight loss program in existence. We offer programs for those as young as 6 years old, through the teen years and into adulthood. We even have programs for those who have embraced a vegetarian lifestyle.

You'll eat "real" food with the Quick Weight Loss program. No packaged foods here; you'll eat food available at your local grocery store. We will also teach you how to eat out at your favorite restaurants and still comply with our program.

Our program combines individual supervision with a well-balanced food program that is based on regular, everyday food purchased from the supermarket, along with specially-formulated vitamins and other weight loss aids. Our nutritional plans provide 1200 to 1600 calories daily and contain carefully planned foods that are low in carbohydrates, fats and sodium. Caloric restrictions are determined by degree of obesity, health profile, age, and gender.

There are three phases to our program. They are:

weight loss
stabilization
maintenance

Phase I: Weight Loss
Our 33 years of experience has provided us with the fastest and safest way to lose weight. After taking your health history, a personalized nutritional program is designed to meet your special needs. You will then proceed with the help of your trained counselor. This phase of the program consists of daily supervision, nutritional guidance and our specially formulated nutrient supplements. Our nutritional plan allows for 1200 to 1600 calories daily with foods that are high in protein and low in fats and carbohydrates. Salt is also restricted. A multivitamin and mineral supplement are also taken daily. All programs are determined by weight, gender, health history and age.

Phase II: Stabilization
Once you have reached your goal weight, we will teach you how to stay at that weight. During this phase you begin to gradually add restricted foods back into your meals. This may be the most important part of your program. Stabilization typically takes about six weeks, however, everyone is different. Your activity level and metabolism will determine the amount of calories you consume each day.

Phase III: Maintenance
Research shows that the first year is critical for long-term success. For that reason, our maintenance program lasts one year. This is your insurance policy against regaining lost weight. During the year following stabilization, you will have all the check-ins with your counselor that you need.

As that old saying goes: "If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always gotten." Maintenance is critical because during this period we teach you how not to diet. At Quick Weight Loss Centers it is a lifestyle change and we're with you every step of the way!
